Yes its official we have sunshine and it is meant to last until November!!!
A visit to our apartment on the coast this morning produced some nice sightings:
Lots of Griffon Vultures on the also Crested larks, Cirl Bunting, Corn Bunting, Stonechat and nightingale (heard).
At the apartment hundreds of House Martins were busy going about their breeding season duties whilst the resident Blue Rock Thrush sang all morning. Plenty of Honey Buzzards drifted over and a House Sparrow came to our dining table for crumbs at lunchtime.
